Waitlist emails
To request removal or correct a waitlist email, contact us from the address you used to join and describe the request. Waitlist entries are separate from anonymous app records; deleting the app does not remove your email from the waitlist.
What to include
Share the approximate time, phone platform, app version, affected area, and the safe error message shown on screen. Do not email recordings, credentials, provider identifiers, or private transcripts.
Delete all Parrot data
Open Settings, choose privacy and data, then choose Delete all Parrot data. This removes the learning library, revokes anonymous access, starts deletion of any remote cloned voice, and deletes pending research contributions for which this phone still holds a deletion capability.
If the phone is unavailable
Support cannot connect a name or email to an anonymous device record. Inactive records and associated voice resources enter automatic cleanup after 90 days.
Learning recovery
The beta has no cloud recovery. Deleting Parrot or losing the phone permanently removes the device-only learning library.
